30 day Return Period
AstroRoc wants to assure you are 100% satisfied with the product you purchased, which is why we offer a 30 day return period on all merchandise ordered via AstroRoc.com. Return time frame starts from original ship date.
Return:
Merchandise can only be returned if purchased online directly from AstroRoc.com and returns can only be created by the original purchaser. All merchandise must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and the AstroRoc and others original tags and accessories attached to them (if applicable). This includes all packaging and accessories. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or. You will be informed if any returns that do not meet our policy or are not authorized are sent back to you at your own expense.
For example, merchandise will not be accepted in the following circumstances:
Refunds:
Refunds are applied back to the credit card used for the original purchase or store credit. Refunds cannot be issued for sale items. Sale items can only be returned for store credit. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.
Exchange:
Unfortunately, we are unable to create exchanges. We only accept returns placed online at AstroRoc.com.
Faulty Merchandise:
If you have received a defective product in manufacturing, please notify us within 15 days of purchase for assistance. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Cancellation:
Please inform us as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order. If the order is already shipped, please sign the parcel and refer to our return policy. We won't take any responsibility if customers refuse to sign the parcel.
Unsuccessful Delivery:
Notes concerning packages being returned to us (due to unsuccessful delivery caused by the following reasons:
Shipping Charges/Costs :
Your shipping costs will be excluded unless the merchandise is faulty. This means shipping charges/costs incurred in connection with the checkout/return are non-refundable and are not covered by AstroRoc.
All return shipping label will be charged or deducted from your refund.
